Our Psychotherapy & Assessment Fee Structure
At The Institute of Neuropsychological Healthcare, PLLC, our commitment to providing services to those in need has made us mindful of creating a fee level accessible for your necessity. We offer reduced fees starting around a typical copay rate for mental health services within our expertise.
Our clinical services rates start at $150 per psychotherapy session (this fee is based on a 50-minutes clinical hour) and $200 per hour for assessment (for our legal fees, contact us by phone or email).

We also have Sliding Scale payment options available for those who qualify. We maintain a certain number of sliding scale appointment slots for those who might require financial assistance without compromising client care.

Out-of-network: When requested, our office facilitates superbills for you to submit to your insurance company. Insurance companies can reimburse out-of-network providers. Please contact your insurance for more details.

​​If our providers are not under your healthcare plan, then we would be considered an “out-of-network provider.” If you want to learn if your insurance company will help you with your expenses, you should first contact the insurance carrier first and ask these recommended questions for clarification:

Sliding Scales
As a commitment to our community and to provide high-quality services to those in need, we have established the alternative for sliding scale options. You may request this payment option if you qualify within our established requirements. Proof of income may be requested for application.
As mentioned previously, we maintain a limited number of participants for sliding scale appointments. Therefore applying does not guarantee receiving services, which in this case, you would be notified about availability. This will also depend on the clinical team scheduling availability. Our commitment is to provide high-quality services for those who need financial assistance without compromising the client’s care.

Office Policies
Assessment Policies
​
Late Arrival: Assessment appointments are reserved for the convenience of clients and clinical staff. If you arrive late for your assessment appointment, you will only be seen for the remaining time left, and there is a chance that a second appointment will be required to complete the exam. You will be charged for the complete session.

​Cancellation: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be notified 48 hours before the appointment. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours of the appointment, a late cancellation fee will be charged of $100.
​
​Sickness: If you are sick, please remain in your house, and follow medical guidelines for your recovery. For your safety and the safety of others, please do not visit the office. No cancellation fee will be charged if notified at least within 48 hours. We will gladly reschedule at your convenience.
​
​No show: Please make sure to communicate in case of an emergency or if not able to make it to the assessment appointment. If you do not show up for the session and do not communicate, you will be charged a no-show fee of $200.

Psychotherapy Policies
​
Late Arrival: Psychotherapy appointments are reserved with a start and end time for all clients and clinical staff. To ensure other participants and clinical staff do not get affected by tardiness, if you arrive late to your therapeutic session, you will only be seen for the remaining time left. You will be charged for the complete therapy session.

​Cancellation: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be notified 24 hours before the appointment. If the cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours of the appointment, a late cancellation fee will be charged to the card in file for $60.
​
​Sickness: If you are sick, please remain in your house, and follow medical guidelines for your recovery. For your safety and the safety of others, please do not visit the office. No cancellation fee will be charged if notified at least within 24 hours. We will gladly reschedule at your convenience.
​
​No show: Please make sure to communicate in case of emergency or if not able to make it to the appointment. If you do not show up for the session and do not communicate, you will be charged a no-show fee of $150.
